The Zero has been a longtime favorite out of our fuzzes, with some notable users, as well as a long list of customers that have replaced vintage Big Muffs on their boards with Zeroes. We designed the Zero with the intent to get a solid muff-style fuzz tone, but without the muffle. We wanted thick, harmonic fuzz without it getting lost in the mix. Starting with a solid fuzz circuit, we added a specially designed tone stack to reach that goal, creating a solid, reliable fuzz that covers a lot of tones, including a better than ever Muff style fuzz.
New for 2017: We've refined the Zero circuit to be better than ever, with an awesome gain range, wider tone range, and much more controllable volume. In addition to that, the Zero has improved hardware - heavier duty enclosures, higher end input and output jacks, and general improvements like new artwork, a more balanced layout, and stainless steel LED bezels - all along with a new, lower price.
